At Imagicorp Ventures Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order or request a refund. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund process. Below, you’ll find all the essential information about our policy. 

Order Cancellation

You can request an order cancellation if your order has not been shipped or is still in processing. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team immediately through email or phone.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a cancellation, but you can consider initiating a return once the order is received.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

a. Order Cancellation: If you successfully cancel your order before it is shipped or processed, we will initiate a full refund for the amount you paid.

b. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.

c. Non-Delivery: If your order does not reach you within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue. If it is determined that the package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.

d. Other Issues: Any return requests for reasons other than the above circumstances are subject to approval from our team. We will work with you to understand the issue and resolve it to the best of our capability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us through phone or email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process

a. Refund Approval: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

b. Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

c. Refund Timeline: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@aurbo.in.

 

Return Shipping

a. Damaged or Defective Products: In the case of returning damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup, so you don’t have to bear any return shipping costs.

b. Other Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defects, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. These products will be clearly marked as non-refundable on their respective product pages. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
